Community Studio

Community Studio is a free art program for all ages held in the Barn Studio at the Empower Youth Ranch (2800 State Rt. 125, Bethel, OH 45106).

As part of SOIL SERIESwe are working to build a safe space for exploring new ideas in the heart of Bethel. Our Community Studios offer a dedicated time and place for creativity, as well as guided activities and prompts. Led by Francesca Fiore and Hillary Wagner, the Community Studio Program invites participants to broaden their definition of art and follow new pathways of thinking and making.

All are welcome! We believe everyone is an artist regardless of background or training. Take a look at our Community Studio posts for more information about our program.

If you or your child would like to participate, please contact us at soilseriesbethel@gmail.com.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

Thank you to all who participated in and attended our inaugural exhibition at the Empower Youth Ranch on October 27th. We are so grateful to have such a supportive community, and we were thrilled to share our work and our amazing artists’ work with you.

After much thought we have decided to press pause on Community Studio Saturdays until further notice. Instead, we are working on developing new upcoming programming and preparing for the next steps of the project. We will resume regular Community Studio programming in 2018. In the meantime, stay tuned for more information on our upcoming special programs.

Community Studio artists who have not yet picked up their work from the exhibition can contact us at soilseriesbethel@gmail.com to set up a pick up time.

Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to sharing our plans with you soon!
